The restaurant's vibrant and colorful decor immediately welcomed us, setting a cheerful tone for our dining experience. Once seated, we eagerly approached the food spread, which offered an impressive variety of dishes. We were delighted to find that the buffet was well-maintained, with food constantly replenished to ensure freshness. Additionally, there was a grill area dedicated to Carne Asada. While my first serving was overcooked for my liking, my partner kindly requested a medium-rare preparation for the next batch, which the staff graciously accommodated. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. Moreover, the buffet's family-friendly atmosphere made it an ideal spot for children, with offerings even surpassing those of popular fast-food chains like McDonald's nuggets...lol

Look... it's definitely not Tex-mex. To me, it's way more authentic than you get at a typical big box Mexican restaurant. Imagine going into a small taqueria and having a huge selection you can serve yourself. The corn tortillas are killer! Pozole, menudo, caldo de rez, it just doesn't end. Picadillo rojo, picadillo en salsa verde, fajitas en chile de arbol, hue os ahogadas, tamales... it doesn't stop there. As someone who loves non-Tex-mex, this was heaven for me. Wish I'd had some pix. Yes, it's expensive, but totally worth it to me.
